Are there any per-transaction fees?
No. Stripe processes online payments at their standard rate (2.9% + 30¢). BelongNet charges nothing extra on top of that — ever.
What happens when I exceed my constituent limit?
We'll notify you ahead of time and offer a seamless upgrade path. We never lock you out of your data or your donors.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Who qualifies for the Free plan?
Any nonprofit that was founded within the last 12 months OR receives less than $50,000 in annual donations qualifies for the Free plan — forever, not just for a trial. Just answer two quick questions during registration and we'll set it up automatically.
